What is The Tea Maker by Sage?
The Tea Maker is a variable temperature kettle that also controls brew time and tea strength. In other words, the device allows you to brew your tea perfectly and make sure it’s just right.
So, what’s its secret? The machine combines tea leaves with a fully automated tea basket to produce the most aromatic and maximum flavoured infusion.
A device like this just may be the solution to making the perfect brew every single time.
We initially tested the device with teabags at first. The tea was nice but wasn’t as strong as we would like. To get the full effect, we tested the device with the recommended portion of PG Tips loose tea leaves and, lo and behold, the brewed tea hit the spot.
We kept it classic and opted for a brewed black tea. For the final touches, we added a splash of milk and a dash of sugar. It was strong (just how we like it), full of aromatic flavours and most importantly, a very good cuppa.
To test its keep warm feature, we left some tea behind for twenty minutes and upon returning, we were delighted to find it had, indeed, been kept warm. Wahoo, go tea maker!
This Sage Tea Maker offers an impressive set of features that are not only user-friendly but also innovative. To give you the low-down, we've compiled a list of our favourite functions.

For someone who drinks a lot of tea every day but prefers something more infused and brewed, this is a device not to miss.
Those who drink tea only occasionally or rarely might want to stick with a traditional kettle. Plus, you might not have time to sit and wait for the tea to brew if you’re always in a hurry.
